Whether you are looking to rent a property, or you are looking for a company to manage your investment, we are here to help!

Please note that we do not manage short-term or vacation rentals.

Here are the 6 places we plant our flag:

  1. We respect and protect all races, ethnicities, religions, genders, ability-levels, sexual preferences, and nationalities. Diversity makes us stronger.
  2. We want residents and tenants to feel like owners and treat their places accordingly.
  3. We use technology to communicate, facilitate payment, send work requests and generally for everything. We are a tech company masquerading as property managers.
  4. The Earth is sacred. We strive to make all our buildings as healthy and green as possible through energy efficiency upgrades. Buildings are part of the solution to climate change.
  5.  The customer is always right. Except when they’re not. Either way, we treat them with respect, obey all laws and communicate clearly.
  6. Maine is the best place on Earth and we want to help make it even better.

It is our goal to do right by residents, the environment and the community. Contact us today to learn how we can help you.
